Great book!. Lots of pictures, which is the best for cook books. The first thing I made was tulumba. It came out excellent. Easy to follow recipes. Nothing is super complicated.

I just purchased this amazing Albanian cookbook, recipes are well explained and there are pictures for every dishes.
