To me, the pills are a bit on the big side but that could be because I have a hard time with swallowing pills in general. But anyway, I LOVE this supplement. My doctor mentions that my hormones are all over the place as I am far too young with high blood sugar for someone that does not have diabetes in their family and he mentioned I am severely anemic due to my ridiculous menstrual bleeding. Not to mention that I am also suffering depression, sudden weight gain, and scalp hair loss. My doctor suspected I may be suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). He prescribed me metformin to battle my A1C and an antidepressant with a diet change.I learned about inositol online and I first ran into Ovasitol but the brand costed far too much money. This product is much more affordable. Ever since I started taking this product, my menstrual bleeding has regulated, the debilitating cramps subsided to normalcy (not buckling over in pain in tears and just the normal "let me get my heating blanket and a cup of tea" kind of cramps), and it teamed up with my antidepressant and I feel like my normal self again. It’s a hormone balancer! I’ve not gone back to get another blood test to see where my blood sugar is since taking this supplement but I have not been taking it for long—only 2 weeks, close to a month. I’m giving it 3 whole months before I go back for another blood test to see where my sugar levels are.Inositol is a supplement that is supposed to be a helpful A1C dropper so, I’m hoping to see what it is able to do. It’s helping boost my mood and it’s helping regulating my weird menstrual cycles so, it’s a keeper! Even my mom is happy for me! It’s even helping combat my hormonal, cystic acne. I also felt no real side effects other than drowsiness but that’s just me. It could affect others. I should have checked with my doctor before I took this supplement but at the time, I was desperate to combat my issue. Always check with your doctor first before taking a supplement!

I have both PCOS and OCD which can be an absolute mess sometimes when put together. I have only been taking these for about 3 weeks, so I can't quite comment yet on how this is impacting my cycles, but I definitely HAVE noticed a decrease in anxiety and a feeling of overall wellness. I also noticed that my sleep seems to be better & my skin is overall more clear. I will definitely add to this review if I start getting a regular menstrual cycle again, since my PCOS makes it so I typically only have 1-2 cycles a year, if even that. But so far I am very pleasantly surprised!My one complaint is that these pills are pretty big - it doesn't bother me any, but maybe if you are sensitive to that sort of thing, you might wanna open the pills up and pour the powder into some kind of beverage or something. Also, you need to take 4 pills a day and there's 120 in here, so this only lasts for about a month. I noticed other similar products on Amazon that are just powder (as opposed to pills) and have way more servings for the price. So while I really like this product, I may be switching to a different product that has the same ingredients in the same ratio, just because it may last me a longer period of time.But overall, I really like this and I strongly recommend if you have PCOS, OCD, or both, to give it a try or to find another product that has the same active ingredients!

I think I like the effects of these pills. You have to take four at a time which is a little nuts, but I think I feel better. No weight loss but my mood has been uplifted.

This is a good myo/d-chiro inositol supplement, they’re just not the best product for me. These were easy to swallow and helped with my hirsutism. However, there was no noticeable difference with weight management, mood, nor did they help with my debilitating cramps. My cycle is pretty regular and I’d actually say this product helped shorten my cycle length which usually ranges between 30-35 days but was averaging 27-29 days when using Forest Leaf. I’d continue using this product but there’s another product that helps my debilitating cramps and being able to live a normal life during my cycle means more to me than the benefits that Forest Leaf provides. Also, my A1-C was within normal range while using Forest Leaf. So, if you’re having issues that could benefit from this product, give it a shot. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed, but as for right now, I’m going back to the product that’s a couple dollars more but eases my cramping. Good luck, Cysters!

I had started taking this supplement on October 30, 2023 and after a week of taking it, I got my first period after 4 months with out one. I took 2 pills in the morning for breakfast and 2 pills in the evening after dinner. It was heavy the first 3 days and the last 2 days the flow started to die down. The next month I was suppose to expect my period in the 1st week of December but the flow was pretty light for 4 days. I don't know if I would consider an "normal" flow of my menstrual cycle. I should be expecting my period this month January sometime this Friday or next Friday. I will keep you guys updated.

I had gone more than 1 year post-partum without having a period. My hormones were definitely messed up! But within 2 months of taking this I have a regular cycle again🙌

I have been taking this supplement for almost a year and it has been a game changer for my periods! It only took the first month for me to realize I should have been taking this years ago! It greatly reduces my period symptoms: everything from cramps and bloating to fatigue and irritability. I like the fact that it's made for ovarian health and has the added bonus of hormone balance! Great value for the money, has little to no aftertaste. The dosing is 4 capsules per day. For the first 3 months I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night because I tend to have a sensitive stomach. Month 4 I started taking all 4 at the same time with no adverse side effects such as upset stomach, etc. Great brand, I have recommended this supplement to SO many of my lady friends. If you're on the fence, give it a shot! Lots of my friends who have PCOS or Endo have also said this greatly reduces their symptoms as well.
