3/8 in - 16 tpi fit my toilet seat cover to lock it in place.
Looks to be a long term fix for those awful plastic bolts /nut jobs. Added lock and 1 in flat washers too. Can't saw I will buy again as it did the job, but will look again for similar jobs.
