This product packs more of the important amino acids than most of it competitors. The tigers blood flavor tastes amazing. It also helps curve my appetite when I can’t make time for a whole foods meal.

Actually I just bought this just to drink something with flavor during my workout sessions, it mixed well, can't say if it helped me in anyway in performance, but I guess not, flavor wasn't that good, but that's personal preference

When I drink this before and after any workout/hard physical activity, my muscles are less sore/fatigued and recover so much faster than without it. My shipment had been canceled for some reason so I went without it for a couple weeks, and I can tell you the difference is pretty striking. Whereas I would be slightly sore for a day with this supplement, I have been sore for almost 5 days without it. The taste is great too, I hate blue raspberry flavor but this stuff doesn't taste gross at all. Can't wait for my current shipment to arrive today so I can get back on track. And I have very tender/weak muscles so for this stuff to work so well makes me VERY happy.

The powder mixes easily without a lot of residue that you have to keep adding water to get it all. It’s not too sweet, which seems to be a trend in supplements. Now just waiting for results.
