Adorable, both in the pool and in a tub with the lights out. Kids loved them, but one stopped Lighting up on the second day.

Supposed to light up in water
Real cute, but supposed to light up. Only 1 out of the 4 very “dimly” lit up in water.No instructions either & didn’t see a way to check.
