I absolutely love my shredded memory foam bamboo pillow! This pillow arrived as scheduled. It arrived completely compressed into a roll that was about 6 inches across and 14 inches long (approx). When I removed the plastic sleeve that kept it compressed I found that it was flattened out to about one inch thick and then rolled tightly . It started to inflate immediately. Within a few minutes this pillow was about the size of a regular bed pillow, (about 4-5 inches thick) it was quite lumpy and didn't seem to be gaining any in size. I then read the instructions.I started to kneed in the pillow to break loose the lumps and fluff the insides up a bit. It didn't take long and I could see that this is an important step. After all, this has been really compressed. I then put the pillow in the dryer on a low warm setting for ten minutes.Holy cow! I was amazed. This pillow doubled in size.I wondered if this pillow was going to work for me because it was so huge... we'll again I was amazed. It was so comfortable and supportive. I've never liked big tall firm pillows so I really had my doubts. I couldn't believe how wonderfully I slept the first night and every night since .I am so pleased with my pillow that I ordered another one.

I have to say that I was taken aback when I first received the package. It came tightly packaged like a burrito and when I opened it, all I saw was a flat, hard and bumpy tan mass. After reading other reviews, I fluffed it in the dryer for a few minutes, slapped a pillow case on it and put it on my son's bed. He is away at college so it stayed in his room for a few days untouched. When he came home days later, I noticed the pillow had fluffed up considerably. My son loved it so much, he snagged it and took it to his fraternity house. He said it's the most comfortable pillow he's ever had and in fact, I had to purchase him another so he would the pair. Great ending to a skeptical start!

These pillows are much firmer than they seemed when you play with them in the store. I like it for daytime use on the couch watching tv but I don't like actually sleeping on them. It seems no matter how many times I have fluffed it, I just can't get it quite right. If you like a firm pillow you will love them, but if you are looking for soft and cushy these are probably not for you. I do love the cover though! It has a wonderful feel to it!

My husband absolutely love this bamboo shredded memory foam pillow. Since it came in he sleeps much better and snores a lot less. I don't know if it is because it cradles his head better or because it allows him to fall into a deeper sleep but whatever the reason, it make me very happy.This pillow is very soft and comfy. You do have to place it in the dryer when you recieve it to fluff it to its best form, otherwise it is an awesome buy!

I was hoping this pillow would be so comfortable, but it isn't. There's really not much more a person can say, if it's not soft and comfy, it sometimes is a matter of personal preference, also.For some reason, I find the pictures of the cat on top of the pillow to be quite odd. Nevertheless, I should say that my cat is not interested in sleeping or walking on top of this pillow. If that is an indication that the pillow is not comfy, take it for what it is worth. My cat is quite picky.I was just looking for a pillow that was comfortable enough that I would wake up and realize that the pillow I slept on the night before was really comfy. That didn't happen. Instead, I woke up with a stiff lower back and have had trouble walking around today after just sleeping on it 1 night.

So far my pillow is good just take it out from the plastic wrap follow instructions and about 2 to 3 hours it was ready to use I will buy it again if I need more in the future

I received my pillow Monday (2-1-16) and after letting it setup for about 7 hours I was a little concerned because it has barely 'fluffed' an inch. However, the next night it was fully 'fluffed' and is at least 5 inches thick. I must say that it's very comfortable and I haven't had any neck pain (the primary reason I bought the pillow), additionally I haven't had a headache in two days! It's early into its lifespan, but as of now I'm one happy momma!

Pretty comfortable so far. Came rolled up so it was very flat and I had to break up the filling to fluff back to normal size. That was disappointing. Otherwise I like it. It is a firmer pillow.
