Wanted to see what the hype was regarding seeds. Worn then almost a week but only thing I've noticed is the sticker adhesive. It stands out like a sore thumb. At this price it's worth a go (I tried for anxiety) but I won't be using them again. I will donate to someone on olio

The product , does not stick on your ear , there is no adhesive

The beads come off which is dangerous as they can fall into the ear .

I must admit at this very reasonable price I wasn't expecting much, but was still keen to give them a go. Firstly I would like to say, after sticking two of them onto my ears one evening, I wore them to bed, the habitual toss and turning for most of the night, followed by my usual morning shower, and hair wash, and they are still stuck in place. So yes they do stay put until I decide to remove them.Put one on left ear, positioned for insomnia therapy, and the other on the right ear for sciatic pain; early days but they remain in place, and I really hope they work. I found an assortment of charts on-line to explain the positioning; perhaps getting them exactly in the right place is trial and error, I suppose, but we do get 600 of them to play around with.Will update this review after a couple of weeks of use, if they start to work; well worth a try I thought.
