Fantastic bolster for restorative and Yin Yoga. I've been looking for something this size for years because the standard one just didn't cut it during a restorative practice. The quality is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

This bolster exceeded my expectations! It is perfect for my restorative practice. This bolster has the perfect amount of cushion and yet it is also firm and offers dupport. It is perfect for supported back bends and hip openers! I highly recommend it! I am already more flexible! Fantastic!

This bolster is great. I purchased it as a yoga teacher and long time practitioner who is now pregnant and needed more support than my blankets offer in restorative poses. I recommend this bolster for people who like a little more height in their reclined poses, as it is quite stuffed and doesn't lay totally flat. I am finding this great for my situation. It does have slightly less stability due to this roundness than other bolsters I've used, but it still stays under me very well. I imagine over time it will flatten a little with use. I also like the simplicity of the design and am considering getting my dad one for Father's Day!

I love this bolster from Susama Yoga. It's lighter weight than a lot of bolsters, which is perfect for me It's soft and actually pretty (can black be pretty?!). I intend to research more products from Susama.
