Box was a little damaged but not broken - that did not at all take away from the product. Will definitely purchase again soon.

So i got 2 boxes. 1st came out horrible and stuck to the pan. 2nd came out great using parchment paper and lining the pan however family said it is very sweet and is more like cake then cornbread.

The boxes came covered in plastic wrap which is good I suppose? I liked the corn bread but I definitely felt it was too salty.

I had a box i got elsewhere cause these were ruined. So when I made it I used melted butter instead of the oil it called for and added an extra egg and they came out perfect and were so good. They rose up so much to and brushed them with melted butter while still warm. They were Yum Yum In Da Tum Tum!! 😉 lol ENJOY

I live in a condo near many elderly neighbors. I make them this corn bread as a Sunday morning surprise when they least expect it. I'll leave them a loaf carefully wrapped in a bag with a handle, and send them an e-mail letting them know they have a surprise at their door. It has made my husband and me the most popular neighbors on the block! I have heard only raves. It is a joy to bring people so much happiness with this easy-to-make and delicious treat! I order it on-line, as I can't always buy multiple boxes at the grocery store...
