I purchased these meal replacements during a time when I was working long hours and knew I wouldn't have time to prepare more than one meal per day. I would have one of these, along with a banana or some fruit, and then a large meal for dinner. What I really appreciate is that they didn’t leave me feeling jittery. Most other meal replacement drinks I've tried either make me feel nauseous or leave a weird aftertaste. Plus, many of them contain ingredients like soy, which I’m allergic to.This product has become my go-to for busy days when I don’t have time to cook but don’t want to skip a meal. The high protein content really makes a difference, and I genuinely love it. While I can’t say if it helps with weight loss, as that wasn’t my goal, people did notice that I lost weight during the time I was using it and only eating one meal a day. I should also mention that I made sure to walk at least 5,000 steps daily and exercised whenever possible during this period.

Tried the Mocha Capuccino. It is neither offensive nor does it taste like Starbucks. Tastes like coffee with a side of cardboard. The aftertaste is a little unexpected. Just manage your expectations and this is palatable. Pretty okay.

My last order I was not so pleased with only received 3 out of the 4 bottles it had either been tampered with or was lost in a warehouse or somebody got hungry. Slim fast box was torn and even the bigger box it came in had been torn on the bottom and retaped! Tried to request them to send just the missing one but they want me to send it all back! Christmas stockers for my dad so I guess he will get 7 bottles out of the 8 I ordered this year! I wish the price for these would come back down they are almost $2.75 a bottle now for 11 ounces! However these do work the best in my experience!

At the store I'll buy 8 ct. For 11-14 dollars. These are the same or even a bit less and with free shipping, time saving! As a meal replacement they'll fill your tummy and taste like a milkshake! So, the sin of flavour without the gluttony of calories!

Good price but for whatever reason after purchasing a few times I stopped due to it tasting like plastic.
