I love this hat! Until now, I have never been able to find a straw hat that fits comfortably on my apparently large head. This one is near perfect! Adjustable, stays in place well, cute. I wasn't sure which color to choose, but so glad I went with the black. Goes well with my swimwear and skin tone (beige straw hats often make my fair skin look too red and splotchy).I've already worn it to the beach and pool multiple times since I received it, and it's holding up well so far. It's great for reading outdoors on a sunny day.The velcro is sufficiently strong, and I appreciate that the sticky side faces away from my hair instead of towards it (I have a different straw visor whose adjustable velcro strap always gets stuck in my hair. Ugh!)I love that it's open on top, too, as I usually wear my hair up, especially in the summer heat, and this allows plenty of space for a ponytail or messy bun.So glad I found this!

I've resisted wearing any hat other than baseball caps, but need to start protecting my face and ears better. Happy to say this hat works well-- easy to adjust, feels comfortable, and didn't blow away in a mild breeze. Happy to have the attachable ties for windier days. Packs very well being rolled up and secured with an elastic tab that is inside the hat. Gave it 4 stars only because it feels slightly heavy but likely I just need to get used to wearing something with a larger brim than I've had in the past.

This hat is so darling. The brim is wide so it really truly shades my face; and because the hat's open on the top, I don't get hot wearing it. PLUS, as if that wasn't enough, when the sun is gone and I no longer want to wear the hat, I simply roll it up and tuck it into my bag! Love it all!

Maybe freakishly large rim. Haven't actually worn it yet but it dust fold nicely.

I LOVE it! I wear it in the pool, when I’m doing yard work, at the beach…I have really thick hair, so being able to put my hair out of the hat on the top was essential. I’ve gotten other hats that just had a small opening, but my hair was too much for it.I like the material, it’s comfy, easily adjustable, and completely foldable. And of course the sun protection is great—covers part of my shoulders even!

I love my new sun hat. It is open at the crown, has velcro at the back to adjust the size as needed, and is foldable and packable. Very nice choice of colors, too.

The visor was much bigger than I expected, looks kinda silly on me.

Great rim , fashionable and arrived well packed . Love that I can wear a bun or pony tail . Super comfortable and adjustable and has a rope that’s removable to prevent wind blowing it . I don’t even use rope because once I fasten hat it’s stays !

I love how compact this hat is for travelling! It rolls up nicely and can easily fit in a handbag or suitcase. It has an adjustable velcro patch, and an elastic to make sure it doesn’t blow away.
