Damascus Steel Paring Japanese Kitchen Knife 3" MADE IN JAPAN

I bought this for my wife who has smaller hands and really prefers a 3" paring knife. She loves it! The angle of the blade is just right and the handle fits her hand well. The handle is too small for me, however. I can only get three fingers on it comfortably. I'm 6'1" and don't use it because it is too small for my hands. The blade is gorgeous, extremely sharp, and the shape works well. I highly recommend it for smaller hands.

I was looking for a Japanese 3" knife of this shape for some time, Shun don't have it, they have a 3" with a different blade shape.I found the Sane Tatsu knife to be of very high quality, compatible to Shun Premiere line.I really like it - well balanced, convenient handle, excellent blade (shape, VG-10 steel, stays sharp very long), and very well looking overall.Would recommend to somebody who needs a good kitchen knife with a short blade.

This has been an outstanding blade, we have had it for 3.5 years and it has held up perfectly. Really well made, and holds it's edge very well.

Hard to believe you can purchase a product of this quality for the price. Will buy more kitchen knives from seller.
