Boy, did I search this one over & over, again. I went with SHARNDY because the reviews are top notch. I agree 100%! I placed this in an smaller bathroom in our home where I use the adjoining room often. I had limited space, but wanted great performance. I purchased the double bars in sets of three unit, which I believe to be well worth it. My towels are completely warm. I put the metal legs on myself that sets to the wall, my husband finished the install. I plugged it in and felt warmth almost instantly. It's pretty, warms well & fits my space perfectly!

I got it in early December in the hope of our bathroom remodeling finished in time to have this rack installed then but that didn't happen.My husband just has it out to install now and there is some parts missing. It passed the return window. Luckily these parts can be bought at a local hardware store. I hope it works great as many review said.

Got the box and it looked like it had been opened before... my husband got to install it and sure enough pieces were missing and screws had sheet rock dust on them. Too late to return. Super frustrating

I had high hopes for this towel rack, but it's pretty disappointing. It can only handle one towel at a time and doesn't warm or dry them effectively, even at the highest setting. After leaving it on for two hours, the towel was barely warm. Plus, it's missing parts, and the assembly design is inflexible. It looks nice but falls short in performance and practicality. Not worth the price.

Works well! We have a small bathroom and this works well in a tight space. Only wish is that it had a timer.

This is a nice heated towel rack. Compact size which is exactly what we needed. It comes with a long cord. We only needed a rack to take the chill of towels and this really does the trick. The instructions are good but lack a template for where to drill the holes for mounting the rack. Save time and trouble by making your own template. I used a large sheet of cardboard and taped it to the wall after leveling. Works like a charm.

Easy to install and works great. The spacing of the bars and their width spread the warmth out well. Perfect width for the wall space I had as well.

Good towel warmer throws off a lot of heat for a sub 100 watt power draw ,missing 2 set screws for final wall attach ,so off to the hardware store in the morning
