I am not sure the oven temperature is correct on the instructions. Gas 2 seems awfully low for any bread or cake. Tried it with awful result. Tried again with second batch used gas 4 still wasn't great. Dough is very wet and shaggy not at all easy to shape or handle. Used lots of bread mixes this definitely not one I would use again
