I got this because I've lost about 70 lbs already and wanted some help with the extra 30 I'm still trying to lose. I got Pink Starburst flavor and it's pretty good but also sour, I had a clementine first and then drank some and it reduced the sour taste a bit. I take it 30 minutes before I run and stretch and warm up while that 30 minutes passes, I recommend a similar process because stretching is so important anyways. It makes me sweat like crazy, even more on runs and even after I'm done and showered I'm still sweating for about 20-30 minutes. It says a cap full is 2 servings but you can work your way up to 3. I have never done 3. Half a cap (one serving) should do the trick. I mainly don't do 3 because I don't want to fly through this bottle faster than I need too. Some days I do one and sometimes two. Sometimes I'll do one before work if I know I got some heavy lifting to do, and one before my run after work the same day and I like that a lot. I have been losing weight about 5lbs a week which is about normal for me before taking this but my energy levels have increased while running, I feel better while doing it. I also take their Night shred supplement but I'll review that one on the product page.

I bought this product as part of the innosupps stack that they recommend (worth it to get started for sure). I liked how easy and straight forward the directions for the supplement was. I did not get any weird feelings from this product, but did notice it got my sweat going. The flavor is great, recommend keeping in the fridge and just taking a shot of this cold rather than mixing. If you aren't going to workout, dont take this unless you really want too. It has lasted me a bit (I got this and the peach ring flavor [both awesome]) Taste for both I have does have a bit of more tart than sweet taste, just a heads up!Using the complete stack I lost about 35-40lbs in about 5 months from 240ish down to resting around 205lbs. Keep in mind I also train minimum of 3X/week and have some caloric deficits in my diet (but still enjoyed sweets, alcohol, etc) during this journey. INNOSUPPS was a new venture for me, and glad I wen through with this investment in this product for myself. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water while using these kinds of products as they recommend.

I've purchased this at least 10 times and will continue to. This isn't a typical pre-workout that gives you the shakes or jitters; those tend to make me a bit nauseous during and after my workouts. I take this about 30 minutes before I work out and can feel the thermogenic effect. I get an allover warm feeling, not jitters, but can tell the difference in my workout. I generally jump rope for a minute each between sets and find that I get an extra burst of endurance and strength throughout my workout.I'm an insomniac and even if I take this after 4pm, it does nothing to hinder my sleep. I mistakenly bought another brand that's label looked just like this and it gave me that nauseous feeling.I'll continue to buy Volcarn!

So I bought this a few weeks ago. Took a half a cap. No sweat. Took a full cap, a little sweat. I remembered seeing a review where the customer took 2 cap fills and he said it was a mistake so I did that. A little sweat. I don’t know if i just don’t sweat like others or just high tolerance. But but BUT, it did clean me out. I have had to run to the bathroom throughout the week hours(8) after taking it. I did loose about 3-4 pounds in the two weeks of taking it. It taste GREAT but I won’t be buying it again. I may try a different product but this wasn’t what I expected.
