Holds forms down in wind
The design allows for EMT to secure top and bottom of PCR forms. Plenty of storage space and compartments for forms, pens,etc. It is difficult, however, to line up latch when closing.

Better than I thought
It holds extra paper spot for paper clips rubber bands posted and what not inside. The outside is durable the clip is strong and it's extremely portable with its handle
