100 Count Tuftex, 11", Black

These balloons came in stuck together like if they have sitting in warehouse for years. We could not inflate them at all and when we tried to take them apart they ripped immediately. I was very disappointed could not use them for my son’s birthday party.

We received the blue balloons,but,no the black. The balloons are great quality. Shipment was late. But I received them non the less.

These TufTex usually are very nice balloons, but they ones that I received were old and pops easily.
