Haven't personally used Urinari X because I drink tons of water and never get UTI's. However, I have aging pets and every so often one of the female dogs or a male cat will get a UTI, especially if i go away and hubby is watching them. I found this herbal supplement and keep it on hand along with a homeopathic product for pets by Homeopet for UTI's. Both work excellent. When a cat gets a UTI, I immediately isolate them in a bathroom to monitor the issue and only feed moist food with a bit of extra water added to each meal. Dry food is bad when they have this issue. I stir a capsule of Urinary X into each serving of food 2X daily and within 2-3 days the infection is gone and cat will start peeing normal again. {I've used the homeopathic product with only the cats because its a tiny bottle. They can get really sick quickly from a UTI. It has worked well too but takes more daily doses and a bit longer for relief than a few days. I apply it directly in their mouth many times a day per the instructions instead of in their food or water bowl so I know they get the dose because they don't drink water as they should}. As for the female dog, she gets relief the same day after a few doses of Urinari X because she quits running endlessly to the door to go potty. I give these capsules for a full week to make sure the animal is better and keep an eye on the cat's litter habits. The affected cat doesn't come out from bathroom isolation until it's using the litter box normal and urine clumps are large and no more pink pee spots on the floor. Moist food only fed for a few weeks also. {Cats will go to litter box endlessly when they have a UTI but nothing comes out and they will pee pink tinged {blood} urine droplets on the floor to let you know something is amiss.}. I'm very watchful of any potty behavior changes so it's important to keep an eye on that because it can kill male cats due to their tiny urethra tube plugging. Before you think this irresponsible over going to the vet, I always took my pets to the vet when this happened. However, they would not get well long term and the infection would come back. After extensive researching online information by holistic vets, I determined an alternative solution was the answer for my pets and it worked. If you are a person who isn't consistent or regimented with caring for ill pets or willing to do the 2X day dosing schedule (more often if using the homeopathic) then I don't recommend this product or the homeopathic one for you. It only works if given consistently. Take your animal to the vet instead. It's very important to follow through and also change the diet to feeding only moist food while they are recovering. Fluid helps flush and clear their urinary tract. I always moisten their dry food with liquid once it's reintroduced after a UTI. Hope this is helpful for someone.

The item itself seems stellar. Good packaging, good ingredients. This was purchased for my elderly mother who has had chronic UTIs for the past few years, often resulting in hospital visits/stays. Granted we are more familiar with the signs and symptoms so we along with her doctor tend to react more quickly when we notice there may be an underlying issue. That being said we have noticed a bit less of the infection. It is imperative to drink lots of water which she does not always do. Do I believe it is helping with my mom's chronic problem, yes I do. Has it eradicated it, no unfortunately it has not. However I will take the win for staving off the intensity of the frequent infections. I applaud that we have not recently had a hospital visit/stay and I am grateful for whatever part this has played in that. Does it work as promised, we unfortunately have not found that benefit. But nonetheless I am happy with the product and I will continue to buy and give to my mom.

I have been having issues with frequent urination at night for months. My quality of sleep drastically decreased due to this. Every test I had done came back negative and I was apprehensive to be put on a medication without an actual diagnosis. I tried this for about 3 nights and I found I was waking up way less to go to the bathroom. Eventually after about a week of taking it before bed, i returned to a normal sleep schedule. I highly recommend this. The only issue I have is they are a bit difficult to swallow for me due to the fact they are so light, so they will float when you have water in your mouth. I found that emptying the capsules into a small glass of water and chugging it worked a bit better.
