During the course of the investigation, the player encounters the spirits of historical and fictional characters associated with the cathedral. The spirits are encountered through documents, clues, flashbacks, and even good old fashioned hauntings. Each spirit has a unique motivation to steal the crown, but of course could not have stolen it in present day reality.

Money quizzes are good, wanted more options on budgeting
It seems like this game was created a while back, like the 90's or so maybe? I say that because the game play is a little slow, based on easy card matching, three-in-row gem lineup, etc. There are no updates available, and it seems the company that programmed it doesn't exist anymore. At the beginning of the game you are given characters to choose from, and you get to choose a goal, whether it's saving a nest egg, getting out of debt, or other things. Your objective is to improve your net worth and cash in hand to a certain amount, within about 36 rounds of the game.As you go through each round, you are quizzed by a Suze ravatar, who reacts with disappointment when you lose, joy when you win. lol. It was almost worth the game purchase to see the horrified look on cartoon Suze's face when you throw your entire earnings for the day into stocks and bonds. It is unrealistic in the sense that once you choose a character and a goal, the only things you can do with your money in each round is increasing or decreasing the amount of money you invest in stocks and bonds. Some of your money automatically goes to college funding and some other category I can't remember, which have all been "calculated for you." Who says my character is in college or has kids who need a college fund. That's money that could have paid down a debt balance. If you pick getting out of debt, you never actually get to pay the debt off. It stays there, taking away from your balance. That right there is the most annoying part of this game. You don't get to play with where your net pay goes. I would have given it 4 stars if that had been an option. One other thing I liked about it is that there were a lot of money math questions and quizzes. That was awesome. As in, "You just got a 3 percent raise. If you make $1,000 a week, how much money did that add to your paycheck?"Another thing I loved about it was that it includes a website link to the Suze Orman page, where you can read articles and get links to places that help you save money. It's underneath your character icon on the top left side of the screen.
