Bomba! XXX New from Laura Santtini Triple Concentrate Tomato Puree with red wine and vegetables (Case of 12)

I used this in beef osso buco and it added flavor nuances that were missing when I had used regular tomato paste. I also use this as a smear along with cream cheese on my bagel and oh boy! it was a great way to wake up. I wish it had a slightly thicker consistency - the first time I opened it, the sauce dripped out as soon as I punctured the foil.Overall extremely happy with the purchase.

This IS better than regular tomato paste. It is so flavorful that you don't really need a lot of other seasoning when you use it. Love it.

This stuff is awesome. It is one of my secret ingredients so lets just keep this on the down low.

I haven't cooked with it yet. I did taste it though, It has a strong celery taste that I really don't want in tomato sauce dishes. I think you are better off with a quality tomato paste.
