I chose these specifically as the picture showed them holding a hanging basket even though I wasn't going to use them for that purpose. I only wanted to use them for a very light weight hurricane lamp and having read the reviews before ordering and seeing the picture felt confident that they would be more than fit for that purpose. Unfortunately this was not the case and within 24 hours they had started to buckle. I would have returned them but as we didn't use them immediately I was unable to obtain a refund. It would be so much more helpful if it stated what weight these brackets are able to hold rather than the misleading picture......very disappointed.

I didn’t read the description carefully enough, with regards to the maximum weight these brackets are designed to support, and they bent. However, the screw holes are not in the ideal place, so I do not think they are sufficiently substantial.

I had to put different plugs and screws in the wall as the ones provided came out of the wall when I tried to put the hanging baskets up. The next morning I looked at the baskets and the bracket was extremely bent. The baskets aren’t particularly heavy either. I would not recommend!

SORRY my mistake , jumped to conclusions telling myself there cannot be two in that packet but the quality of the steel is lighter than previously bought brackets.

Sadly this product bent within days of using it to hang a fruit basket. Shame!
