A bit too wide at waist

I’m 6’4” and 105kg and a XXXL fitted perfectly on the arms and chest but the waist was ridiculous! Humpty Dumpty would have been the perfect fit! Why do designers assume that if you’re tall you have a waist resembling a tractor tyre???
