I decided to purchase after viewing a few videos on surface cleaners and was not disappointed. No special cleaning solutions needed. It works like a charm and is infinitely better than a power washer with a tip alone. Easy to use with (2640 PSI) power washer. One suggestion is to also get a wand extender to improve your posture so you are not bent over while using which is much easier on the back. Looking to clean your driveways and sidewalks this is it.Hands down worth every penny and I will now clean my drive yearly as it is that easy and effective.

This is a really good piece of equipment. It is well designed and made of high quality materials. The plastic cover is a really robust piece of ABS or similar plastic that is fairly heavy. The brush skirt is very substantial. All the mechanical parts are aluminum or brass and seem quite heavy duty.I used this surface cleaner on a paver patio with a 3000 PSI 2.4 GPM gas pressure washer. It cleaned the pavers without destroying the paver bed in about 20% of the time (and 20% of the water) a sprayer tip would take. It catches a little on paver edges but glides effortlessly on poured concrete. I definitely recommend an extension wand.

This ones made in Taiwan. Works well with pressure washers in the 2500-3000 psi range for residential jobs. Not really heavy duty enough for professionals with those 4000 psi washers. You need to clean the jets about every time you go to use this thing. If even one jet is partially clogged the arm won't rotate and you'll get mad and start throwing things. So just run a piece of stainless wire or a needle into the jet's hole to clean it out. That or remove the jet nozzle and give it a better cleaning, as needed. But these things almost always get clogged up after each use, no matter what you do. I ended up tossing it in the trash. Get the Simpson one instead. You can disassemble the head and grease it and it'll run great. The BE can not be greased and just seizes up after a short time.

Very cost effective and time effective tool for cleaning your patio, deck, or driveway. I was able to clean about 2500 sq ft in two days with this whirlaway and a 2400psi, 2.5 gallon per minute gas pressure washer. The brushes along the outer edge allow cleaning right up to the edge of a walkway without throwing up dirt that is right next to it. Compared to just using a fan spray nozzle, cleaning with the Whirlaway is much faster, ensures complete coverage, and is perfectly even. I now have a professional level cleaning of concrete driveway and patio at a fraction of the cost of hiring someone.

I purchased this product last year, 2018, and had no problem with it. The first time I went to use it this year, it did not work. The arm within the disk would not rotate. A good friend of mine had also purchased this item last year and had no problem when he used it. However, this year, his had the same problem. The arm would not rotate. He took both disks to a local vendor to fix the problem. The first time I went to use it, after it was repaired, it worked fine for about 10 minutes. I then started to notice multiple "streaks" on my patio. Once again, the arm within the disk was not rotating! I would not recommend anyone purchasing this item. There is an apparent design flaw.

As others have stated, you'll need to disassemble and clean the arms and spray tips before using. I tried using it right out of the box and it didn't work at all. Upon disassembly, the spray tips were clogged with a gray colored material and the arms were polluted with a similar material.My pressure washer is rated to 3800psi and the cleaner worked fine for 30-45 minutes but after a while the arms stop rotating. Let it "rest" for 30 minutes and it seems to work fine again for another 30 minutes. I may have to send it back.

Meh... the order was great and arrived fast and as advertised, I just don’t like the feel of this unit compared to lesser priced units available.

Great little product. Just please do your homework on tip sizes and pressure ratings before using this. I have a 4000psi 4gpm unit and this thing is hard to control because it is so little. I'm going to get larger oriface tips to somewhat remedy this problem. It came with what appeared to be a missing screw on the underside. I called customer service and they were great, explained this is a weephole.
