Leather Passport Holder – Brown Travel Wallet for Him & Her

This passport holder fits my passport perfectly. It is a wonderful rich tan color leather, flawlessly dyed and stitched. There is some padding, but not an excessive amount, so it is still slim enough to fit into a pocket. Quality control has been excellent as there are no loose threads or anything to cause dissatisfaction. The passport holder came with a RFID envelope which fits perfectly like a glove. I do not have a US passport, but all passports are now conforming to the same sizing standards.Color me very pleased with this purchase. I do not regret having made the choice to go with this brand/ vendor. If this is the quality the Prima Status provides at this price point (I purchased at Amazon's regular discounted sale price), I cannot wait to see what else Prima Status begins to offer. I have checked their site and it seems as though this is their first and only offering, but I could be wrong.I should also add that I was proactively contacted by Prima Status after my purchase and on the due delivery date. They wanted to ensure my total satisfaction. I personally thought this was a nice touch and I am confident that they would have handled any issues had there been any. This entire purchase process has been a pleasurable experience. I expect big things to come from Prima Status if they keep up their customer focus.

This holder has a plastic, feux-leather feel to it. It's stiff, glossy, and smells like cancer. The holder does not close after you've inserted your passport. I didn't bother to put anything else in there (currency, credit cards, etc.) as this would surely leave the holder permanently ajar. It is too big to carry in one's pocket, but may be appropriate in a purse. I feel that this holder may cause more damage to a passport than it prevents. I gave this holder away as a gift and have not heard any reports back. It's the thought that counts...

I ordered this for a friend as a birthday gift since we will be traveling to Europe together. I was apprehensive of getting this at first because it was labeled as "genuine leather" at a very low price point. But I took a chance because I knew it would suit my friend's style.I received the item today and regret to inform that this is FAKE leather. It smells and feels like polyurethane! It even has a repeat pattern on the material itself. NO genuine leather items have repeat patterns. This item is a total scam and would advise not to purchase. I will be asking for a refund.

Nice...leather is a nice color. It doesn't smell as leathery as I would prefer. In addition, the backing is a bit stiff...probably a plastic backing inside the wallet to give it some structure, but when in your back pocket it's a bit stiff. That's my only complaint.

I LOVE to travel...exploring and experiencing all that a new place has to offer...being able to immerse myself in the local culture...It's completely exhilarating!! Unfortunately I, first, have to experience the angst of rushing to catch my flight while fumbling to find the necessary paperwork to get through security. Inevitably, it always seems to have worked it way to the very bottom of either my carry-on or my personal bag...whichever one I search through last. Amazingly enough, having a passport cover has simplified the whole chaotic process for me!! It has two options for storing your passport....either with it open and used like a book-jacket or closed and tucked in one of the slots on either side of the holder. There are also several slots on the right hand side where you can keep a drivers license or several credit cards. This is the perfect way for me to keep important documents all in one place and easily accessible when I need them.This case looks and feels really nice and it doesn't seem like it's cheap or will tear apart easily. BUT it doesn't have that real leather smell to it. It also doesn't have genuine leather stamped anywhere on it...which I found unusual.I received this item for a discounted price in exchange for an honest and unbiased product review. Ordered this as a gift to myself after countless hours of browsing different passport books. Had very high hopes and they where exceeded. This is of amazing quality the stitching is tight, and THE LEATHER IS REAL and of a very good grain in my opinion. Now the shipping is what makes the expirience that much more magical. Very prompt 2 days and was hand delivered to me by 3rd party shipping agent wich i had to sign for amd it was beautifully packaged.

It arrived on time, my passport fits inside quite easily without slipping out. It appears well made, and is really very attractive to look at. I am satisfied with the purchase overall, but was hoping for a bit more of the scent of leather--it smells almost too clean, and part of the joy of leather is the scent of leather.

Good passport wallet but with extra passport pages and cards, the wallet ends up being quite large and very uncomfortable in the pocket. Also this wallet swallows any and all loose things, eventually, that are in your pocket leaving you to drop them on the ground when you pull them out.
