Works better than the one I got from Lowes

We recently replaced a nearly identical faucet that cost about the same amount as this one but lasted 5 or so years until the cartridge began leaking badly and I could not find a replacement. Rather than hassle with finding a replacement cartridge that can costs s much as 50% as did the original faucet, we just bought this new faucet. The faucet came nicely packaged and installed fine with no problems, although it uses a proprietary, or at least far from common, spray head that requires a special tool to replace, so I'm assuming if it gets damaged we'll once again have to buy a new faucet.The main problem with the faucet is the finish stains very easily and it is impossible to completely clean all the various water marks and other stains from it. We tried a number of YouTube and Google methods for cleaning, but it just won't get completely streak and mark-free. This is in complete contrast to the last faucet that could be cleaned perfectly with a simple wet cloth. It seems like the older faucet had a clear finish on the brushed nickle whereas this one seems to be bare metal. That may not be accurate, but it is how the faucet feels and performs. For the same reason, the old faucet "felt" very nice - smooth, silky, and generally felt high quality. This one feels cheap and, again, stains readily.We did not both returning it as I had too many other projects that kept me from dealing with it, but we will soon replace this one with a better product, and throw this one out.I can only recommend this faucet to those that aren't particular about how well their various fixtures can be cleaned. If you are like us and used to fixtures that wipe down to a clean finish free of streaks, water marks and finger oils, I cannot recommend this faucet.

Hard to find the faucet locally for a vessel sink. Easy to install, came well packaged and scratch free. Works well so far. Have used for 4 months with no issues, leaking and staining. Would buy again

I have had this faucet in our motorhome with little use for over a year. Chrome plating looks very nice still and handle works nicely. We like the look with the vessel sink. Now the aerator has clogged up and trying to find the exact replacement has been impossible since it's made in China and from what I have seen they dont supply the vendor with any replacement part. I have emailed and called Yescom.usa which they have opened a case up on this, first to their distributor and if that's a dead end, they will contact the manufacturer. I really dont understand why this wouldn't be readily available from the manufacturer, Yescom is oblivious to this and as the seller they should be proactive in this but, as usual they just push the merchandise out the door and say, see ya later.

Been running this faucet for a few months now.Very happy with this faucet, looks great, Service pipes were just the right length and they had 3/8 fittings, very sensible attachment "nut", not the usual U clamp.Yes, it is a special Aerator , it comes with a wrench for removal, don't mess with it until you absolutely, positively, just have to unscrew it - it's plastic into sharp metal threads - just leave it alone, if you want more flow remove the screens on the service pipes - don't damage the washers their in as you'll need the washers for sealing purposes. Cut the screens out with an X-acto knife.I would buy this again.

This is a replacement of one I purchased on Amazon years ago.Lately, our faucets have become very slow at moving water. Not sure what the deal is but I recently had to replace my kitchen faucet and now this one. Our water pressure in the house is fine but the water pressure on these faucets 2 had become so low you couldn't wash your hands or even clean a toothbrush efficiently. I've replaced the aerator on both old faucets without any luck. I replaced the the kitchen faucet with new faucet and it works great so I replaced our bathroom faucet with the unit you're reading this review on and it now works great.Great faucet for the price. I am sure it would have lasted much longer had it not been for, what I assume is, the water hardness/quality in my city.. I would buy this again and again. Great packaging too.

I installed this faucet with a vessel sink - very easy to assemble and install. I installed on a corian vanity top, and it needed a 1" hole drilled. The handle operates smoothly, easy to adjust hot and cold temp. Looks and feels solid. I also like that there is no company logo printed anywhere visible - just H and C printed on the top. The hose lines are also a good length, not too short. Everything seems to be sealed well - I have not had any leaks yet. Overall, looks good, works well, easy install, no issues.

Love this faucet. I didn't realize how awful the one I had from Home Depot was until I installed this new one! Even my son noticed how much easier the handle lifts and how much quieter the water flow was on this. I'm a single mom and installed independently with no issues! Definitely recommend! And great price stores are much more expensive!

Shipping was quick, product was as described and the quality was very good. It's been installed for 5 months and we have no issues.
