Sizing is confusing
These insoles are great and do the job when you get the right size, but the website gives 2 options for shoe size 5-6.5 one is marked 'small' the other although marked for shoe size 5-6.5 are actually medium and therefore wider.

I had full-length slimflex inserts provided by my NHS podiatrist - she said I could also use 3/4 size so ordered these on her recommendation - she added additional heel compensation under to suit my problem Competitively priced and delivered promptly. Very good
