This winter, I've had painful skin cracks on the tips of my fingers and thumbs that just wouldn't heal. These finger cots are quicker to apply than bandaids and are much more comfortable. Each night, I applied ointment and then these finger cots and the cracks healed in a matter of days. You can use them over and over again - just wash them in soapy water, dry with a cloth, and then dust lightly with cornstarch. Wonderful invention!

I am really impressed and surprised how soft these finger covers are. They are perfect to cover a cut on the finger when you need to keep it clean or sterile and have dirty work to do. I was able to type in them and do everything I normally do without them on.For reference, I put the same one on my finger on my husbands finger. You can see he has large hands and it fits all the way down to the base of the finger, if necessary. My fingernail doesn’t show through hardly at all, which is fine. I’m not trying to hide my nails. You can tell how opaque the finger covers are because of that.I am keeping these in my first aid kit because I have a mechanic husband who moonlights as a chef and his fingers end up cut somehow.

I could use the thumb covers on my fingers but the more numerous “finger” units were too small.

Cleaning sounds easy; that was the reason I bought these.

Don't know what I was thinking when I bought these. It was winter time. The ends of my fingers were all cracked. After using them just a few times I just threw them away. Winter's over and all I did was use lots of hand lotion after having my hands in water. In other words, "I got over it". Some items are worth returning and getting credit. This not worth it and was just a bother.

As always. I read through TONS of reviews for similar products. I was searching for the best product and decided on these. I am not disappointed!!These are awesome!!! I was worried the sizes wouldn’t work; either too small, too big, too tight, too loose. But these were perfect!! I have normal sized hands. I wear a women’s size 6-7 ring on my ring finger, and these fit great. They are super smooth. They help protect cracked fingertips. Highly recommend! I will order more when needed.

These cots were very flexible and made from a good grade latex. Easy to put on and to take off. I used one of them to protect a damage finger while it healed — worked very well

I use these due to a skin condition that mainly affects my index finger and is caused multiple layers of skin to peel back on the fingertip and form painful fissures. I use a blob of Aloe Vaseline in the tip and wear it overnight. I sometimes wear during the day too, but allow a couple of hours to air out after wearing through the night. They are easy to clean with a baby wipe it rinse under the tap. They fit my fingers well and are pretty comfortable to wear and only slip off if the vaseline has gotten onto the inner sides, in which case I just turn inside out and wipe it clean. I can wash my hands with it on my finger which is useful.

My fingers are splitting near the nails and have become very sore. These little protectors are very useful to prevent them from getting worse when I am busy and can't always replace plasters. They are comfortable and easy to put on, but there are certain things I can't do when wearing them. When cooking, it isn't easy to cut vegetables etc with a knife, because it is usually my index finger that is sore and it is hard to use a knife for some reason. Also, when I read the newspaper, the print gets on the protector and is not easy to wash off. All in all, I am pleased I bought them.
