The media could not be loaded.  Literally there is nothing I dislike!!! Which blows me away.Price is WAY more affordable than honestly it should be worth! I would probably pay up to $150 for this if I tried it in a store.I beyond love they include a car charger, different intensities, & even the heat setting.Perfect for the person who can't always get out for a massage or doesn't want to pay $70 for each massage for a little relief.Seriously I want to gift one to everyone I know.

UPDATE: I am being badgered and harassed by this seller to delete my negative feedback. I've had a total of 15 emails over the past eight days to convince me to delete my feedback. I've asked them to stop contacting me and they are still contacting me multiple times daily.ORIGINAL REVIEW: The massager was very strong and effective for "hard to reach" neck and back muscles--it seemed like the best solution I'd found. However, after only a few weeks of light use (not abuse) it stopped working properly. Now it makes a grinding noise when operating and does not have near the strength/power it used to. It could be a great product if it didn't self-destruct.

The first time I used this, I found the arm holes to be really awkward. I felt like my arms were really restricted. After awhile, I came to like the arm holes. You don't need to use them if you don't want to, but they help to pull the massager as tightly against your boy as you'd like. It gives you total control of the amount of pressure you'd like to apply. I really appreciate all the features this has. It has the ability to heat up, a directional change button, and a few choices of intensity. I see a chiropractor once a month, and this is every bit as strong as the massage chair at their office. It doesn't do your whole back simultaneously, but it also doesn't cost me $80 each time I use it. 🤷 It's super sturdy in its construction. This is obviously not going fall apart any time soon. I brought it to a family get together and it got passed around like crazy. My mom even asked if she could have one for Christmas. It was awesome for my sciatic pain and worked well on my husband's thighs. We keep discovering different uses for this. My husband has been using it as a palm massager. Something that surprised me is that this came with something to plug into a car's cigarette lighter. Now you can use it on the go. 😂 I probably won't be using it that way any time soon, but the option is there.

I was surprised!The awkward-looking arm straps helped me position it perfectly, whether on my neck, shoulders or lower back.And the manual also gave me the idea of using it on my abdomen, an area where my doctor recommends massage because of internal damage due to cancer treatment.When it arrived, I was really eager to use it because my neck and shoulders were really painful. I was taking so many aspirin, it was causing my stomach to become upset.I've been experimenting with it all day, and it works great no matter where I use it.It not only plugs into a regular outlet, I can plug it into a 12-volt (although HINT: A USB plug would be nice, too.)I'm very impressed and would highly recommend this.I do plan to make a little traveling bag for it so it won't get dirty when I camp.

I have two knots on my right shoulder, one on my left. I have a lot of tension and it doesn't take much for me to become irritable because of it. Going to get a massage is great but not something I can keep up with because of the cost. This product had great ratings and reviews so I went for it! At this point I was willing to try anything. Best decision I ever made I'm extremely happy with this product I could literally hear the knots being ran over by the ball that is rotating it sounded like speed bumps! I put it to work for 10 minutes and I feel so much relief I wanted to take a nap. I did purchase warranty on this just in case I need it I plan to have this around for a long time. Would also make a excellent gift!

Works as well as the previous one I had, which was over $200. Most of the complaints here seem to reflect complaints that people who should not use this type of massager in general - ie placement of buttons, the hardness of the rotating balls, the length of the electrical cord. All massagers of this type have all the same features.Works great: super sturdy, not heavy, easy to manipulate, doesn't overheat, very deep massage.

UPDATE: I have gotten multiple emails from someone claiming to be the seller linking my review to this product l, begging me to delete my review.. I feel extremely uneasy about this. So unprofessional!Loved it at first, A few months after I got this it started making a weird noise (I don’t use it often) .. I opened the zipper it was all rusted on the inside ! How disappointing!!
