So fun
I bought this and the sick Simon book to help my children understand germs. My kids love this one too but they understand sick simon better as they are 3 and 1. This book is fun it talks about how germs party when you don’t use soap in a fun way my 3 yo likes it but i don’t read it in its entirety and paraphrase as they don’t have the attention span for it yet. Still great.

Hand washing just got FUN!
Germs VS. Soap is the perfect educational tool for getting dirty hands clean (for children and adults alike)! This FUN and easy to read story gives a fresh spin on washing hands by sharing the perspective of germs (which I had no idea could have such hilarious personalities). The graphics are colorful and clever and the vocab is very memorable so it will help kids remember why it's important to wash hands, use soap and get rid of all those germ loving energy cupcakes. This will be a MUST read in my classroom (and maybe even at the start of play dates at home too). Bottom line, if you need a book to teach your kids the important life skill of hand washing, THIS IS IT.

Germs book ( Covid times)
Such a cute book. A bit wordy for younger kids but, super cute.

Great for teaching handwashing
Germs are a really obscure concept for kindergarteners, but this book provides a wonderful (and silly) explanation of what they are and how to keep our bodies healthy through handwashing. Depending on the group, I do sometimes edit out some of the germs' commentary (it can be a little distracting from the point of the story and the potty talk can be distracting for some groups), but overall I really enjoy having this book on hand and the kids love reading (and rereading) it throughout the year.

Wow. This book is great.
The first time I read this book to my 3 year old, he went to wash his hands in six steps as mentioned in the book. Nice book. Definitely recommended.

Cute, funny, educational!
Cute, funny, and educational book. I bought and read this to my almost 4 year old who loved it! This would also be a good and funny book for an older child or younger child too. It teaches the importance of hand washing through the perspective of the germs! We’ve read it a few times already.

Lovely illustrations, great for grades 1 and up!
Great story about germs and hand washing. Love the illustrations! Unfortunately the story is a bit above my Kindergartner’s level (due to length/amount of information provided) but I will save it and still use it thanks the wonderful illustrations and visuals. Thanks!
