Wow, I can not believe how awesome this is. We had stickers on our hard wood floors that would NOT come up, this thing ran right through them.Sanitizing too? Unbeatable. I love this thing.

Reconditioned? Nope just broke. Now trying to get fixed or replaced I’d horrid.

if by chance you want to save a few buck and buy the reconditioned model DONT, spend the few extra bucks and get a new one. Just got mine in the mail and it was broken. Faulty wire and steam came out of the base instead of the bottom. Now got the hassels of returning and ordering a new one! Product is awesome but dont buy second hand..
