Everyone's nightmare is cleaning their ears. Doctors visit is costly. Cotton buds dangerous, and more than likely just pokes wax further inside your ear drum. This innovation should work, that's if it wasn't made of such a soft, pliable "child-like" putty-plastic. I've seen wire type ones advertised. Haven't been tempted to try them after this fiasco. Because all this particular item does is turn and turn and keep turning inside your ear for as long as you can flick your wrist, but to no avail. It doesn't even feel like it goes in terribly far. Maybe I'm not Big Ears? But all this does is tickle the inside of your ear and your thinking... "this really sucks".

I bought this to use with my kids as one gets a lot of wax build up and I worry using cotton buds.I can see why a lot of reviews say it doesn't work because I tried it on their ears before a bath (when dry) and got very little out. But then I tried again straight after washing their hair and got loads. I suppose it's most effective when the wax is soft and moist so I'll be using it in the bath in future.It's easy to clean under a hot tap and 4 different colours so we each have our own colour to use.

My pouch suffers with a lot of ear wax.so thought I'd give this a go.Tried on myself firstAnd then used a new head on him .He absolutely love me cleaning his ear now were as before he hated it Brilliant

You must have to have wax quite literally dribbling out of your ears for this to work.Back to cotton buds...

This product has been manufactured badly. The earpiece has manufacturing faults that result in injury to the inner ear.

USELESS does not get far enough into ear to get any wax.
