I wanted to add some variety to my home workout, and looked at a lot of pulley sets similar to this before deciding to buy this one. I'm very satisfied with this. The cable is a plastic coated steel cable - not a nylon rope. The pully is sturdy and works smoothly. The bar and rope attachments are the equivalent to what I've used at many gyms. Even with this shipping costs, I think its a good value.

The bar that attaches the weight plates is a little smaller than anticipated, but I put 70 lbs of weight on the system yesterday and was as smooth and butter. No squeaks, felt pretty sturdy. You could spend $20-25 at Home Depot buying the hardware but this system will save you time and you will not have to wait around to get cable cut and search for buying knick- knack hardware just for this. It's nice and a time saver!

I have used 75lbs on it for back and tricep workouts ... works great clipped on pullup bar on squat rack... I would definitely recommend

Great pulley system. Smooth. Swings some, but they all do. Love that it came with two handles. II added one more carabiner hook to easily switch handles. Easy on and off weights. Great price.

Overall great, I'm glad that I'm able to fit 1in plates as well as 2in plates. The down side is the cable is way too long. It needs to be cut like 2ft. I have it tied up to a pull up bar.

Perfect my son loves it. Got it due to covid he could not go to gym and he loves it. It hold all his heavy weights

Better quality than I expected this can be used in multiple ways more than what they show in the pictures. Also can be set up to do bicep exercises
