I bought this when I realized "mid-life crisis of the uranus opposition" was a real astrological phenonemon. Plays with Saturn too. Fun times.....NOT! Has helped me understand what lessons are up for learning - and they WILL be presented, painfully, by life itself, if we resist. Unless one is lucky enough to be in full alignment with who they are - not what society and early life lessons can have us believe.I recommend reading it mid-late 30's, then revisit when Uranus rocks your world. (late 30's, early 40's). Charts for dates, no need to understand astrology or have a birth chart. The focus is integration and individuation of archetypal themes.

I experienced my Saturn Return and that led me into Astrology and esoteric and occult knowledge that I swore I would never touch. Long story short: Astrology has been a tremendous blessing to me and has been instrumental in discovering a fulfilling spiritual practice and I believe every one should learn about Astrology but especially these life cycles that everyone goes through and the understanding of Kundalini.

This wonderful book can assist people who are going through certain passages in life with wisdom and enlightenment. I applaud Barbara for creating and distributing this treasure trove of information!

I've read the entire book and feel that there should have been more information in regards to kundalini. It seemed to put more emphasis on astrology. That just me, but it was an eye opener. I would recommend this if you are experiencing kundalini.

Barbara Hand Clow never disappoints and this book is an excellent resource for any astrologer wanting to present Chronological Aging info..

My absolute favorite book on Kundalini and astrology. I have only just discovered Barbara Hand Clow and am also reading her Alchemy of Nine Dimensions. Both are wonderful. Very inspired and important material so key to what humans are experiencing. Real explanations that assist in creating both a specific and an overall picture for what's happening with us individually and collectively. Wisdom that exceeded my expectations and important revelations for me personally. I've already purchased another as a gift! Thank you, Barbara.

This is one of my Top 10 Best Books ever Read & I read a Lot. Really enjoyed the whole book & have learned so much.
