About 8 years ago I slid and hurt my knee. Every so often, my knee will play up. It will feel like someone has kicked my knee. Well over the years my knee improved, however, 3 and a half months ago, I broke my leg and ankle in two places, also dislocating my ankle, same leg as the knee I injured.
