I've used hair removal creams in the past that melt your private parts, so I was keen to try something different this time round. Applied the product liberally to washed and dried hair and then sat waiting for 15 minutes, when it came to scraping away the hair nothing came off. It smells similar to other hair removal products that use acid, it is much more gentle on the skin but ultimately it failed in removing any hair, I then went on to use the last of the old product and reminded myself again why I no longer use this either.

So "gentle" that it does not remove anything. Leave it 15mn (as indicated), 20mn or even 30mn, and the result is the same: your hair is still there. Not recommended.

Doesn't work at all . Tried it 2 times and no hair was removed . Would advice not to buy

Good looking product and also to use, spatula included which is a good to help with the removal. But won’t purchase again as this is a Chinese product from a Chinese supplier and I’m more inclined now to use my money to support UK products and suppliers due to the current economy in the UK.Do normally check before purchasing but forgot this time.Is a good product none the less and will finish the bottle.

I was wanting to try a hair removal cream that was gentle in genital area. I've used other products from the well known hair removal companies, but thought I give this a try.Well, it's average! It doesn't work as it should. I followed the instructions and only some of the hair was removed. I think I'll stay using the wellknow brands!

This is my first ever hair removal cream purchase. It’s very easy to apply and moreover very gentle on skin as well. No skin problem after usage. Great purchase
