The Philippines: An Interactive Family Experience (Walk with Me)

Our family is currently adopting from the Philippines and we are eager for anything we find to help understand culture and worldview so are as prepared as we can be for our new family member. This book is phenomenal! It has family devotions that helped us lead great conversations with our bio kiddos, it has fun activities and recipes to try that help you better understand things about the Philippines, and our favorite part is the videos. There are four videos that show a children in the Philippines, their day to day, and how they interact with their families. It is a great way to learn about a culture you don’t live in. I’d recommend to anyone adopting, planning to travel, or simply wanting to learn about another culture. Great resource!
