this it what it looked like, when it came. they had rolled it up that tight to save on postage, it was totally ruined. took lots and lots of Emails back and forth, to eventually get a refund

The stairs came vacuum packed and rolled up. The foam is not the same throughout. Middle stair was fine, too and bottom didn’t expand. Contacted company, service was great, was advised that a hair dryer can help expand the foam. I tried this, helped a little. Company offered to replace but I advised would just happen again due to distance and being vacuumed packed. Refund of half price issued and will buy foam

So good I’ve brought a couple more! Do remember to take off the cover and leave it for a good 24hrs or more so it inflates. I was worried at first and was going to send it back, bear with it! Trust me, it comes good. My pug loves it, really easy for her to use with a nice incline. Soft but not too much and I can see it helps her joints. I’ve now order the 4 step one and another 3 step one they are that good. Delivery time is not great but is worth it. Is a lovely grey soft covering too which is still an on-trend colour. Don’t deliberate like I did for weeks on end and waste money on other products, just buy it, you won’t be disappointed👍🏻

Don't buy this.Whilst the product unpackaged would be decent, it is completely destroyed in the packaging process where air is vacuum removed. This is almost 3 weeks after I purchased this and the foam is still horribly deformed and will not recover any further.Complete waste of Money.

At first i thought this would not be suitable but it sprang into shape and my dog uses it with no problem. It light and easy to carry around and it is reasy assembled and does what it says on the tin.

Absolute garbage! £26 for these and they are very poor quality. When they finally arrived they had been squashed down so much into the wrapping that they're now completely misshapen! Useless! What a waste!

Item arrived folded and vacuum packed with the "high density" (really it's not even vaguely high density) crushed to about a 4inch thick taco. Despite leaving to see if it would maybe show some sign of re-inflating it hasn't. I've only given it a 1 because I can't give it 0. It's just a waste of packaging do not buy this item.
