Seems like a good hose. It’s not kink free though. I’m not complaining about the hose it is good but if you’re wanting a totally kink free hose may want to consider a different one. Once the hose is empty it is very light to carry around. I have only had and used the hose for about 3 weeks so time will tell as far as how long it last.

I ordered the hose on 3/1/23,,,the Amazon return date was by 4/2,,I did not open the box & use the hose till 4/15,,after a few uses the hose punctured. I was passed the 4/2 Amazon return date. I contacted the Bionic Flex folks & explained the issue. They sent me a new hose, no charge, no delivery charge & all w/in 10 days. I call that fantastic customer service

I bought this for my garden nearly 2 years ago because I wanted a main hose that would last and not prove a hassle every time I used it, as I've experienced busts, leaks, kinks, knots, etc. with hoses in the past. Granted, I live in the South where weather below 20 degrees is almost unheard of, so the hose doesn't get tested to great extremes. However, the freezes that easily busted my expandable latex (crappy & cheap) extensions off this hose left this one unscathed. So after a year or so, I bought another. Tonight there's a freeze warning, so both of these hoses will undergo something of a test. Of all the things I stand to lose out of my garden, however, I just doubt it'll be these two main hoses. I'll follow up to let you know. The takeaway? Both of these hoses are used as mains--having smaller, cheaper, and more flexible hoses coming off of them, as these mains seem to have sacrificed maneuverability for durability. They are stiff and relatively heavy, and moving them around a lot may be why they did not hold up for other folks, so I suggest running them from the house to some splitters, and using the cheap stuff at the end, knowing you'll probably have to replace those far more often.

This hose seems to be well made and works well, time will tell. But unless you have a wall hanger or storage box to roll it up in, it's not easy to round up and store in a container or storage room. I use a large plant pot for my hoses and it is time consuming trying to get it in there. Not like the 'stretchy' hoses. Also, it doesn't seem to drain easily. I tend to 'milk' the water out before putting it in place.

Just bought this about a month ago so far so good. We go through garden goes every summer due to our very large garden but some just don’t last always get holes in them and don’t hold up we’re hoping this will. We wrap our hose up on a hose rack everytime we’re done using it. It’s not that it’s the dragging them around that seems to make them not hold up as well as you’d hope. It is much heavier than the last ones we bought so we will see

I bought this hose on the recommendation of a friend and I used hers to water her plants and it was awesome. I’ve used mine less than 10 times and there are 2 holes in the garden hose which just sprays water everywhere and leads to terrible pressure. Truly disappointed. I thought I had finally found the perfect garden hose.

This hose began springing leaks within weeks of first use, no matter how carefully stored. Coiled up inside the house unused, and new leaks appear. Incredblly bad product, for its false advertising, durable it is not.

Used this hose 4 times and it burst about midway in length. After I dealt with Amazon they were kind enough to replace it with the hopes that it may have been an unfortunate defect in the manufacturing process.We were wrong.After only using the replacement hose twice, same deal. It burst again only this time in 3 locations. The time allotted to return the hose had lapsed and I decided to take the hit and forgo the frustration of dealing with the manufacturer.It is possibly the most disappointing purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Ever.Save yourself the aggravation and do not buy this product.
