Quick Protein Intake
These were purchased as a snack to help get some quick protein throughout the day.The flavour is good, but the difficulty comes from trying to properly hydrate the pasta. If you don't want crunchy pasta you're going to have to let these pots re-hydrate for a good 15 minutes before you can eat.

Delicious and quick
These are delicious and a quick way to get more protein in your diet if you're tired of the usual protein bars.I find that I have to keep it standing for a bit longer than the recommended 5 minutes to make sure all the pasta is soft.The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the sauce is a bit too thin even if using less water than recommended. Adding some extra shredded cheese does help.

Disclaimer: We are an American family trying to find what works for us here in the UK.As a family of five with three children under five, quick snacks are essential to have on hand. Mac and cheese is a hit in our home and highly requested, so I was thrilled to come across this brand as an alternative for our choice brand in the States. Six cups, packed with protein and bursting with flavor all for an awesome low price!? I purchased without hesitation! They arrived the next day, just in time for lunch, and were served up quickly. How disappointed it was to see the looks on the childrenâs faces. I thought to myself, surely it couldnât be that bad. So I spooned a bit and it was indeed âthat badâ. The texture was gritty, the taste was watery and lacked flavor; and yes, I filled to the proper suggested water lines using broiling water. Perhaps there are better ways to prepare these cups that we are not privy to, but these were just not our cup of noodles and we will not be purchasing these again.

These are so tasty it's untrue. Perfect for a quick snack lunch if you're short of time. Will say I find them a lot nicer if you leave them longer than the suggested time as sometimes you can find a bit of crunchy pasta! I've bought these q couplemof times now so no complaints from me.

The product quality is outstanding. Exactly what I needed for my work.
Remove the lid. Add boiling water to the fill line (approx. 200ml). Stir thoroughly and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Top up if a thinner sauce is required. Stir thoroughly again.
