Great setup for iphone, limits some camera options like multiple feeds etc but sound is great and is a great set for podcasting

Everything else is good and great for starter. If your using an iPhone 14 pro max or any other iPhones. There’s a lot of white noise in the background. Overall if that wasn’t the issue it’s a solid microphone

I bought this on April 9, 2023. I had just gotten into YouTubing and I wanted better audio quality for my videos. I was using my iPhone 13 to record, so I figured this podcasting set would be perfect as it was compatible with the iPhone. Boy was I wrong.The audio quality is terrible. There is this loud, hissing background noise that you just can’t get rid of. I called MOVO and asked them about this. They told me the only solution is to turn the gain all the way down. What is the point of having an interface with gain controls if it only works when turned all the way down? Even when you turn it all the way down, there is still hissing in the background. I had to clean up the audio using various noise reduction methods in my video editing app. But I shouldn’t have to do that. The audio should be clean to begin with, especially when I buy a $260 podcasting kit.Unfortunately for me, I was in the middle of moving into a new apartment so I didn’t even get a chance to unbox this and use this until after the 30 day return period.I called Movo again and expressed my frustration. I asked if anything could be done; I would have been fine if they offered me some kind of store credit. I was told that the person in charge of customer resolution issues was out and that she would give me a call back. I never got a call back.Movo sells audio equipment with terrible sound quality and then they don’t have good customer service. I later went to the Sweetwater website and bought a quality Rode mic and Scarlet interface. They have excellent customer service too. If you are thinking of getting into YouTube or podcasting then buy from Sweetwater, not Movo.
