When I first received it it came with a leak, I was upset , however the seller instantly replaced the damaged part in a matter of days , and I was able to use it again once the damaged price was replaced, the bag is very good and surprisingly tough, I can punch it as hard as I can and it will be fine , I can already feel my slips and ducks improving , as well as my timing and hand eye coordination, would recommended this product as it’s a lot less expensive than some of the competition and it seems to have good quality so far

It was great fun while it worked .Unfortunately I managed to break it after 2 days by punching it ,which given its a punch ball makes it pretty useless

I stepped up from an inflatable leather reflex punching bag (which i'd all but destroyed) to this solid high density foam bag. Not only for the height, but survivability.The height is really good! haven't measured it but I'm 6 foot 2" and the top of the bag is to my shoulder at maximum height. So that's a bonus!The only thing I hadn't considered is the Reflex pad, is solid! Like tougher than an Ice cold American football with a metal rod through it. I honestly can only punch it for a solid 5 minutes with MMA gloves on, and it still leaves me a little sore, but that's the point of conditioning I suppose, so I'm pleased :DThe only real problem I had was the delivery, my package arrived damaged and one of the M10 screws was missing for the base connection. But a quick message to the help centre and the seller is sending me a Screw (though as of writing this I'm awaiting the delivery for that).The only 1/2 bad thing, (which isn't on the product but on me, and does not reflect in my rating) is that my nephews enjoyed having the punching bag when they came over, but this might be out of their age group to be honest, since it's a bit tough. might get a cheapo one for when they come over XD

This seems a great sturdy punchbag. My grandson has'nt left it alone since I bought it for his birthday.Keeps him very fit and alert
