The media could not be loaded. These Omega-3 are a great value for the price, and I’ve noticed a significant boost in my energy and mood since taking them. Close to no fish taste and burps
The supplement tastes less like fish, compared with other Omega supplements I have tried. Moreover no fishy burps afterwards.

Helps your joints sooo much. I started working out again after having my daughter and noticed my joints were really struggling to keep up. Normally I use just regular fish oil tablets but I’m breastfeeding and wanted something specifically made around birth/postpartum.It takes about 6mo-1yr to get your relaxin back in your joints after birth(a major reason women get injured a lot easier after birth) so I use these to help while I do my workouts. No bad flavor/after taste.

Me ayudo con mi caída de cabello después del parto
Suelo esperar un tiempo prudente para escribir una reseña honesta de co.o me fue con algunos productos y este medicamento hizo que mi caída de cabello disminuyera y mis uñas volvieran a crecer fuertes pero al principio solo tomaba una cápsula al dia o unos dias si y otros no porque note que me hacía ir al baño con frecuencia entonces si necesitaba salir de casa prefería no tomarla pero luego mi cuerpo se acostumbro y dejo de enviarme al baño y también cambie la hora de tomarla a la noche después de cenar entonces si es un producto que recomiende pero si es la primera vez que lo tomas como fue mi caso tómalo con precaución y mira como te sientes y si no te cae bien simplemente suspende su uso porque no todos los cuerpo son iguales y nos dan diferentes reacciones
