So, I was listening to a ripped CD of a live concert for the first time I used these, and I hadn't listened to that particular set for quite a while, so I didn't know how it was supposed to sound. I thought the recording was poor for the first 20 minutes or so. I soon realized that if you hold down the microphone button that is about halfway down the length of the cord you get all of the sounds and it doesn't sound like static any more. I don't know if they are defective or what, but it isn't worth it to send them back for a replacement because it would just be cheaper to go get a new pair of something else.They fit alright and stay in place okay, but I am not happy with the sound quality at all. I'm going to have to figure something out, you shouldn't have to hold down a button on your earbuds to get the full sound out of them, it is really tricky to do while you are running.

First set I received had approximately half the volume in the left ear bud as it did in the right ear. I sent it back and had a replacement within a couple days. They are as described by one of the other viewers - very rich sounds and very good bass compared to other earphone buds I have tried. It comes with zero instructions and while it seems to be pretty clear how to work them I am not entirely sure how I am supposed to use the magnets. I am guessing I attach them to a shirt and allow some give on both sides so I can turn my head fully without them tugging on my ear. Also includes two replacement ear buds.

Have had these now for a little over 12 months. They worked well for the first 6 months, but in the last 6 months, the sound cuts in and out which is frustrating during a workout. Only one channel works and I have to pull the plug in and out of the device or twist the plug to get them to work. It's also difficult to get the magnets to line up as they can disconnect during a run. Only one side of each connector has a magnet and trying to figure out which side has the magnet and trying to reconnect them while running is a pain. I gave these 2 stars as they served me well for 6 months. If you want earbuds to last longer, look elsewhere.

Nope. Promised "won't fall out" and the first stride today they fell out. Ok, I figured I need to change the ear buds, so I did. Nope. Changing the buds took me 30 minutes because the size and shape is not so simple to put in place. I dismissed that again, and went on to another stride, and they fell out again. I even tried the magnet option, and nope, they fall out no matter what I do. This is miserable.

Yes, the cord is long enough, however the magnate is cumbersome, the microphone is halfway down the cord, and the ear buds are pretty big. I have small ears and these don't stay in my ears. Sound quality is fine.

This item did not quite do it for me. The wire is thicker and heavier than most other headphone earbuds and they made noise (from wind and my movements) as I ran with them. They just did not feel comfortable overall. Perhaps they would work better for someone else. The sound quality (when not disrupted by wind or movement noise) was good at least.

These headphones are convenient, stay in place and offer great sound quality for the price. They however are not the best constructed at all. My first pair of these headphones lasted a month and then the sound was distorted or I could hear nothing at all. I ordered a replacement and they lasted three weeks before the sound started failing again. I would love to rate these higher but I need reliable headphones that won't fail when I need them the most. Either the headphones aren't made well or I got two bad sets. I enjoyed them while they lasted but they lasted less than a pair of $7 drug store headphones I used to use.
