1 inch Ceramic Flat Iron Hair Straightener, 110V-220V Dual Voltage, with Travel Pouch (Gold)

I bought this as a travel iron because I'm going out of the country and I figured I wouldn't be too upset if a cheap iron got fried in their circuits...turns out this thing works better than my more expensive iron. It heats up surprisingly fast and gives me soft, straight hair in one stroke (rather than having to run over the hair multiple times like my other iron) and eliminates frizz completely. It's also super lightweight and the travel pouch it comes with is great. I highly recommend!

Bought this for my upcoming trip to Iceland after my straightener blew up in Ireland. This one comes with a heat-resistant travel case and is the same size as any regular straightener. Tried it out quickly when it arrived and it heats up great and does the trick! It seems to pinch and pull hair a little, which is my only complaint, but the price point is perfect for a simple travel tool! Definitely worth it if you just need a quick touch up here and there.

It only has one setting for the heat and it doesn't work on my wavy/curly hair. It's not as hot as I wish it could have been and it doesn't help straighten my hair

This straightener may work on short thin hair, but it does not straighten mid-back length hair that is primarily already straight. The only positive thing I can say about this product is that it worked well with European voltage.

I don't usually write reviews but with this tool I decided it was worth it. I purchased this straightener for the purpose of international travel. Like most of the previous reviewers I did not want to run the risk of ruining my straightener with a faulty converter. This straightener gets the job done. I am unable to do curls that I usually can do with my more expensive straightener, but in fairness a hair straightener wasn't intended to curl hair. When purchasing this item remember that it is a $15 hair straightener and that is the quality you receive. It takes a long time to heat up, it has one setting and it feels cheaply made. But that's because IT IS cheap! I wouldn't recommend this product for long term use but again, it gets the job done and rest assured your expensice straightener will not be ruined during your travels.

Bought this flat iron for a recent trip to Iceland. I wanted something small, cheap, and that would work abroad. This little tool did all 3 of those things, so it's perfect if that's your need. I don't recommend it for everyday use because it is quite small, but if you have short, thinner hair like I do and need to travel with one, this is perfect.

It's great to bring for traveling to Europe since it is dual voltage that is why I bought it. It straightens my hair really well. Takes awhile to heat up but for the price it's a really good buy!
