Purchased 01/2021....see whole story and final great update.Was a 4 star....downgraded to 2 star after 9 months of use 09/2021...back to 5 star after final resolution 2/2023!!This was great and a lot of fun at first. It had everything you need, even a microphone and all the cables.The on board chorus and Reverb worked well for my accoustc/electric guitars...I was very happy.Then, after 8 months there is an audible hissing or white noise when powered on...even without an instrument plugged in and all volume, gain set at zero. I use a power conditioner before this and all amps and none of my other amps (5) has an issue. I have swapped everything out I can but still the same. Not very cool when playing a quiet accoustic passage. It is now beyond the return window ...not sure what to do...I guess I may have to live with it?UPDATE 2/2023PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!I finally, contacted Leon at Cool Music tech support about the issue. I did not hold out much hope as even though the issue occurred soon after purchase...I had not reported it right away.But Leon stated they did have a batch of speakers back when I originally purchased that had noise...AND HE WOULD SEND ME A REPLACEMENT!!!I could not belive it...Cool Music really stands behind their products...very honest and forthright with the reply and solution. I heard back the next day from Sunny in Sales...the replacement has shipped from Amazon because it's the fastest option logistically.Buy with confidence....even if something were to go wrong, they will make it right!This reminds me of customer service the way it used to be decades ago....well doneChanged review back to 5 stars. The design is nice, but the hissing sound when you turn it on (even when nothing is plugged in/to) is just too strong. there were some dents and the sides were abit cracked.The First item I received had a hissing sound, called support and they shipped a new one. The new one has more damaged and the hissing was louder.Both items were returned, and a refund was sent to my account.AVOID THIS PRODUCT!Amazon support even responded that they will report this issue to avoid further customers from getting this damaged product.

1 year and it's failing. Overheats after 20minutes.

Noticeable hiss from the first time turned on, even when volume was all the way down. Worked 5-6 times. Now NO SOUND AT ALL!

When headphones are plugged all the way in, no sound comes out of the headphones NOR the speaker. When I pull the headphone plug halfway out, sound comes out of both the headphones in stereo AND the speaker. I have tried every suggestion given to me by friends and people I don't know, and I even purchased a new adapter for the headphones. Yes I have the right adapter. 2 black stripes.SO, I can't use this for one of the main purposes that I bought it.Any new fixing suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. (so bummed!)
