I have been taking different Biotin products over the years mainly for hair health but for all the other benefits. These pills were comparable in price to the Biotin I was using (but cheaper than most others with the added Keratin and collagen) so I thought I'd give them a try. I am almost through my bottle and I definitely see the difference in my nails and am thinking I see it in my hair, too. Another bottle will tell and I plan on continuing these as part of my daily regimen.

There were delivered the next day from placing the order. I started taking them right away and so far so good. The capsule casings make them easy to swallow. There is no after taste. I have a very sensitive stomach and after I take two per day I don’t feel any side effects (nausea).I will definitely get another bottle after I finish this one.
