Once i have problem with this chopper because 1 item shows on Amazon does not chop properly and motor got heat but when i complaint to service centre with reference from Amazon customer care there is great response and problem solved easily with home service now my chopper runs seemlessly thanks Amazon and Inalsa service department...

The product seems good. I had purchased it after tease arching a lot on Amazon and other sites but was disappointed to see the main box broken and was again disappointed to see one of the chopper blades broken. I immediately submitted for replacement but was asked that no other item is available with the seller Hence applied for refund. I will again try to get the same item from Amazon because it is 2 litre bowl and has strong motor of 500 watts with 3 speed options and also looks premium
