Difficult to use
I like that I can see what I'm writing better but my hand is much farther from the page than I like and the ink doesn't flow out very well.

I love that I don't run my hand over what I write. It also helps to improve your writing. The only thing I did not like is that the pens often stop working and you have to waste a ton of ink making it write again.So I wanted to update this review, I changed to five stars because today I checked my mail and had a package from the company, straight from London. I was absolutely blown away when I opened it to find a pack of refills and two new pens and a letter from the CEO of the company apologizing for the one pen not working (this was hand written and signed). I have never had a company be so amazing! Thank you very much! You have completely won me over and now have a life time customer.

Will definilty buy from them again
I love every thing about this pen, being very left handed this pen is ideal. I can see what I am writing better, plus I don't have ink on my hand when I am done. Even though it is suitable for right handed people too, I let my friends borrow it once to make a note it was fun to watch them try to write with it at 1st.The surprise was when I had trouble with the shipment and I contacted the company, they took care of the problem right away, service that fast is unusual now days. I will definitely buy from Swanneck pens and carioca craft again.
