My new bp cuff did not come with a rechargable lithium ion battery like it says it does

Cuff needs to be bigger! but works ok. have the time it will not work. Goes through batteries like crazy. Now quit and cannot get it replaced or repaired. Dont waste your money!

I’ve had mine since 2016- and I’ve had my co-workers order it also. It is absolutely accurate, it holds a good charge. You can do multiple readings before recharging it. I love it

When it worked it was okay, however, it stopped charging after the battery died. I purchased one for a friend before this happened and hers stopped working after daily use within 3 months. I would not recommend this again. Pretty to look at though.

When I first used this equipment, it was accurate and worked perfectly. The next day when I went to use it again, it had no charge even though it was shut down. I recharged it and again within 24 hours the charge was dead. This is not good at all since I depended on it while handling EMS emergencies. Very disappointed with this and would now tell my colleagues to avoid it
