Excellent quality omega-3
There is 250mg DHA and 125mg EPA per capsule which is very good, in fact, I believe it is the best strength on Amazon. If you were to take two per day (as I do), you'd get 500mg DHA and 250mg EPA daily. You'd get a month's supply taking two daily so this is very good indeed.Well, the only downside is that it contains carrageenan, which is a known carcinogen that has been proven to cause all sorts of cancer. But this isn't something that other companies don't put in their omega=3 capsules - they all do it. It's pretty much impossible to find a vegan omega-3 product that doesn't have carrageenan in it.So I've resigned myself to live with it. But luckily, the amount that is in each capsule is going to be fairly negligible, and hopefully due to the higher strength of the capsules, I wont need to take as much to get the dose I desire, thus reducing the risk.So for that reason I believe it is much better than what I've seen elsewhere.And so, I highly recommend it.

Overpowering Fishy smell. I will return this item.
The first batch I ordered were fine. This time, the capsules smelled fishy and unpleasant, so I have returned them.

Excellent quality algal Omega 3.
It is great to find a pure, vegan-sourced Omega 3 supplement. This one is very high quality and comes in the form of a large gel cap. They are easy to swallow with water and you only need to take one a day. They are not cheap at nearly £18 for two months' supply but you pay for what you get - and this is excellent quality. No smell either - and no aftertaste or burps. Some algal sourced Omega 3 supplements are really stinky - but not this one.

OmniVegan are providing a wonderful supplement for adults but especially for people following a vegan diet and might not be eating enough omega 3 rich foods.These vegan capsules are easy to swallow, they have no odour and there is no taste or after taste. The dosage is one capsule a day, this bottle of 60 capsules will last 2 months unless you are pregnant or breast-feeding your baby then 2 capsules are recommended so it will only last one month. The current price is £ 17.95 plus delivery so it is good value for money.Very fast delivery, also good best before date of 08.2022.

Easy to take vegan Omega-3 capsules.60 in a bottle, 1 a day. 2 months supply!I am more than aware how important it is to supplement with Omega 3 but since I don't eat fish I don't really want to take fish oil capsules.This is a great alternative to a fish oil providing similar benefits and I feel great taking it.Ingredients: EPA and DHA-rich oil from the micro algae Schizochytrium sp., capsule: modified corn starch, glycerol, carageenan, sodium carbonate; sunflower oil; rosemary extract; tocopherols; antioxidants: ascorbic palmitate.
